Getting over a very bad injury. Haven't been able to train more than 30 mpw since March 2008, over 60 mpw since June 07, or over 80 mpw since Sept 2006.

I'm trying to build up mileage slowly so I don't get injured again, but my present injury may require surgery - building up rediculously slow is my only other option.

I bike on the days that I can't run right now.
